Our Restaurant

Our fine dining restaurant offers a variety of tasty, delicious and refined Khmer and Asian cuisine that will amaze the most subtle tastebuds. Curry, amok, ginger chicken, and the list goes on with other mouthwatering dishes. A large range of Western cuisine is also available. Our Chef prepares each meal with love and care, using local fresh products. 

• Breakfast is served from 6.30 am to 10.00 am. 
• Lunch and dinner are served from 11.00 am until 9.30 pm. 

Our restaurant is open to outside guests as well. 

Cooking Classes 

For those who want to go back home with some knowledge about the Cambodian cuisine, they can arrange a cooking class at our restaurant. During that unique experience, the guests will accompany our Chef to the local market to buy some fresh local products. They will also get some information about the different fruits, vegetables or spices that they will discover at the wet market. Back to the hotel, our Chef will teach the guests how to cook some of the best Cambodian specialties. This is a great opportunity to taste and discover the Cambodian cuisine, which is rich and varied, and different from other Asian cuisines. After the class, the guests will taste what they have prepared in a relaxed and friendly environment. An experience not to be missed, while in Battambang.
